Pedro Juan is the recipient of the Teodoro Moscoso Prize of the Chamber of Commerce of PR in 2003, and a finalist in the 2006 Ernst & Young Awards. In addition, he has worked on digital projects for celebrities such as Ricky Martín, Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, Olga Tañón, and Marcos Witt. 

His company has developed over 800 web projects for clients such as AutoGermana BMW, the Government of Puerto Rico, Chamber of Commerce, and the Industrial Association, among others. For the past 10 years he has developed and implemented digital marketing, sales, and

distribution strategies for both public and private organizations as well as for political, educational, and business processes. Mr. Hernández has been a lecturer in more than 14 countries around the world in which he has spoken on themes such as economics, leadership, and globalization. He is currently a consultant, promoter, and educator in the areas of digital and business evolution.

Bio: Dr. Héctor Jirau holds a B.S. in Cell & Molecular Biology, an M.S. in Financial Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He has been nominated and received numerous awards and recognition from federal institutions, holding a fellowship grant from the National Institute of Health (NIH) for four consecutive years. Dr. Jirau worked as a financial advisor at a state-registered Investment advisory firm offering separately managed accounts services in healthcare.

Dr. Jirau has served as an Associate at Unity Growth Fund, a private equity firm, leading their investor relations and investment due diligence efforts for their Pre-IPO and early-stage investments in highly vetted companies like SpaceX, Thrasio, Stripe and Klarna. He also served as the investment fund manager and today as the Director of Operations and Investments of Parallel18, a renowned global startup accelerator. Dr. Jirau holds ownership in early-stage companies in different sectors and maintains active participation in numerous ventures in the healthcare sector.

Together with industry professionals, he founded the first Innovation and Collaboration Center in Puerto Rico at the University of the Sacred Heart, Neeuko. In 2006 Völckers became the first Puerto Rican certified by the Apple company as a Professional Trainer of the brand for Latin America and Puerto Rico. He was a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and was Director of Development for the St. George's Children's Foundation, as part of the Children's Miracle Network.

Völckers Nin is a trustee of the Puerto Rico Science, Technology and Research Trust and is the Excecutive Director of the Puerto Rico Broadband Program. 

Joe is a performance marketer with over 10 years of experience. During that time, he managed millions in ad investments working with everything from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Now he's on a mission to level the playing field for small businesses by empowering them to run expert-level marketing campaigns through the use of AI and Machine Learning.

Juan’s previous professional experience comprised various areas of structured finance and capital markets, principally at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, where he rose to senior positions and worked on many unique and complex transactions. His professional trajectory pivoted given his desire to build a successful locally-grown company.

Program Manager at parallel18, started working with the organization in 2021 as Startup Executive. She has a vast experience in innovation, marketing, human resources, business administration, and events which she has carried out in different industries such as entertainment, human resources, and entrepreneurship. Her academic preparation includes a Master's Degree in Marketing from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a double bachelor's degree in Accounting and, Public Relations and Advertising.
